Word cake - EMDP

A group of university medical students ordered this cake for a charity event.  The cake is spelt out in the letters EMDP they were raising money for the Damilola trust.  Letter E was a carrot cake, M a chocolate cake and D & P were vanilla sponge cakes with jam & buttercream.

I enjoyed making this train cake, combination of colors blue, red and black go really well.  Train is on train tracks.  Cake is a vanilla sponge with buttercream.
