Doctor's cake - syringe and doctor's mask

This cake was for a trainee doctor, cake flavor is butterscotch with butterscotch buttercream of course.  First time i have had a request for a butterscotch cake, yummy yummy yummy.  I made the syringe and doctor's mask from edible icing.

Purple parcel cake

Flower pot cake

Flower pot cake with one cream rose, it was a vanilla sponge with jam and buttercream.  I love flowers and looking forward to making more flower pot cakes.  Cake is also suitable as a mother's day cake.

Pink princess castle cake

This is the first princess castle cake that i have made. The bottom cake is a three layer carrot cake and the top cake is vanilla sponge with buttercream and jam.  Pink is probably the most popular choice for girls.

3 piece drum kit cake

This is a three piece drum kit cake.  The biggest cake is chocolate mud cake and with the two small cakes one is banana flavor the other is vanilla sponge with jam and buttercream.  I made this cake for the most adorable three year old boy who loves playing drum.  This cake took required a lot of planning the two smaller drums are upheld with furniture stands that have been painted in silver.  The cymbal was stuck to a wooden dowel i also painted silver.  This cake is also suitable for an adult.

Iphone 4 cake

The Iphone 4 cake is vanilla sponge with jam and buttercream, the base cake is banana flavor.
