Anniversary and Birthday cake - burgundy bow

White wedding cake
The bride wanted her cake to be all white, not a hint of color. I made roses and blossoms and the result a classic and elegant cake. This is my favorite out of the wedding cakes i have made so far.
Briefcase and tie
Once again although it took a few hours to make it was well worth it and was pleased with the end result. I would love to make this cake again as a brown briefcase so that would have to be a chocolate cake with chocolate icing, yeah brown and gold that's a good color combination.
Chloe bag

Green chanel bag, i was happy with the outcome. Handbag cakes and in general novelty cakes always take more time to make than your standard square or circle cake with a simple design. You need to shape the cake into a handbag and add detail, attention to detail is very important.
No. 7 cake - butterflies

Number cake for a little boy, placed 5 stars around the cake to symbolize him turning 5. This was another vanilla sponge with jam and buttercream filling, i think it is was one of the most popular fillings that people request. I am very fussy when it comes to the taste of cakes, has to be moist and fairly light if not i struggle to eat it or not eat at all after the first taste, lol.

I think this is a Cinderella princess cake, vanilla sponge flavour with jam and buttercream one of my favourite cakes. I am always very generous when it comes to adding the jam and buttercream filling don't like to be stingy, lol....

My first wedding cake - 14th September 2008
Ok this was my first wedding cake for my most favourite cousin. I had not been doing cake decorating for that long so was a bit nervous about making it added along with the fact that i was also a bridesmaid for the wedding. The colour theme was lilac and ivory, i bought the roses ready made so that was a major help, i made the cute lilac butterflies myself. The 1st tier was a carrot cake, the 2nd tier banana cake and the 3rd tier carrot cake, yummy, yummy, yummy.
Baby dedication - July 2008
The cake was for an adorable little boy named Judah. This was my first time making a teddy bear and it was not that difficult although as you may see the teddy has a bit of a big tummy lool.
